Event Description
A guided 30-minute meditation with sacred fire as a calming focal point for mindfulness. The fire is life giving and purifying. Candlelit meditation is also known as trataka (or yogic gazing) to quiet the mind and guide deep relaxation.
Gazing is not required, simply being in a space with the peaceful candlelight is healing.
